What is a Tailor’s Ham?
A tailor’s ham is a tightly stuffed ‘pillow’, which is ham shaped is typically found under or inside items such as princess seams and darts to maintain curvature while being pressed. The Tailor’s hem is sometimes referred to as a pressing ham.
