What is a Baby Hem?
A baby hem is a hem, which is turned up approximately 1/8”. Often used for delicate fabrics such as chiffon, the stitch is sometimes turned up a very slight amount from the raw edge and then turned up and stitch again a second time using the previous stitching as a guideline.
