A pressing cloth is a piece of cloth or fabric which is placed on top of another piece of fabric or garment – and under an iron the result is prevention of iron impressions, heat stains, or other marks.

What is a Rigiline?
Rigiline is a firm flexible boning with an edge for sewing. Rigiline is not the type of boning which is recommended for Elizabethan types of garments as is does not stay rigid and straight but it is used in some corset sewing.

What is a Fabric Blend?
A fabric blend is the term used to define a fabric composed of more than one type of fabric. For example types of fabric blends include cotton blends, which have the wear and sew characteristics of cotton, but do not require ironing like a true cotton knit.

What is a Universal Needle?
A universal needle is a needle, which features a tip, which is rounded. The Universal Needle is to be used on different varieties of knit and woven fabrics. Although a Universal Needle can accommodate the demands of woven or knit fabric it is generally preferred to use a ballpoint needle for knits.

What is Cashmere?
